Instructions
- Download art.
- Open your PDF in Acrobat Reader.
- Choose your design.
- Customize by replacing placeholder text with your own addresses. Or delete
the text and handwrite your addresses.
- Load one envelope into your printer’s main tray. Insert it open side up (check
for the envelope icon on the main tray for the correct orientation).
- Select File > Print Setup
- Click Properties and select the Features tab. Set Print quality to Best, Paper
type to Automatic, and Paper source to Main tray. Under Resizing Options,
choose Custom.
- Name your custom size so you can easily find it later. For example: "Envelope
for 4x8 card."
- Enter 4.13 for height and 8.25 Length. Set Units to Inches. Click OK and OK
again in the next screen.
- Click the Print icon in Acrobat Reader or select File > Print.
- Set your page range.

NOTE:

This is a two page PDF. The first page is the envelope with borders. The second page does not have borders. Be sure set your page range for either 1" to 1" or 2" to 2" depending on which design you choose. |
- Click OK and set the envelope aside to dry completely.
