You can order HP-certified replacement parts for your notebook computer by using the

The part you need may be covered under warranty if your HP computer is still under warranty.
To order parts using the HP PartSurfer, follow the steps below.
In the HP PartSurfer's
field, type any one of the three identification numbers for your computer:
Product Number or Name

All of these identification numbers are printed on the Service Tag label that is affixed to the bottom of the notebook. If one of the numbers does not return a listing of parts, enter a different identification number.
View the list of parts and accessories, click the checkbox(es) next to the item to select the parts or accessories that you want to purchase.
If you are satisfied with the item(s) selected, click
