Updating the All-in-One
Follow these steps to update the product firmware and Web Services apps.
Important
: The HP product must connect to a wireless network with an active Internet connection to receive updates. However, the product does not need to be connected to a computer.- On the product control panel, touch the Setup icon (
). - Touch Preferences .
- Touch Product Updates .
- Touch Yes to get available updates.NOTE:
- Do not turn off the product or attempt to use any of the product functions until the update is complete.
- Check for updates every week to make sure that you get the most out of your HP product.
