The error is generated as DCOM is unable to start a registered DCOM component MsDtsServer . The service fails to start as the SQL Server Integration Services service (MsDtsServer ) has been disabled on both nodes.
There are three options to resolve this issue:
  • The error is a benign and can be ignored.
  • Set the SQL Server Integration Services service on both nodes to manual.
  • Use Add/Remove programs to uninstall Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Integration Services (64-bit) , if it is not required.
