Checking Your Order Status

Introduction

You can check the status of orders you submitted through HP Photosmart Creations software. You can find order status and shipping information from your email confirmation.

Solution

Step one: Open your confirmation email

  1. Locate your confirmation email that you received after you placed your order.
  2. Click the View The Status link near the end of the message.
    An internet browser opens with your order information.

Step two: Locate the required information

Locate the Status column near the end of the document. Your order displays with one of the following five possible options:
  • Pending: Your order is placed in a queue.
  • Processing: Your order is being manufactured.
  • Partially Shipped: Part of your order is complete, and has shipped to the address you specified when you placed the order.
  • Shipped: The entire order is complete, and has shipped to the address you specified when you placed the order.
  • Cancelled: An administrator cancelled the order. Orders print almost immediately, so cancelling orders in progress is generally not possible.
If your order shipped, a Track link displays. Click this link to view shipping details.
