Use a tool to find the network name and login information
If you have access to the Internet, you can download and install a tool to find the network name, password, and encryption keys. The tool also displays wireless networks that use your computer's wireless radio, detects and lists HP printers on the network, and shows computer and network settings.

This tool is available for all Windows operating systems except Windows RT. The tool is not available for Mac OS operating systems.
