Getting regular prints or faxes from your printer without hitting "print"? Let’s fix that…
Your printer is likely registered with HP's ePrintCenter . This free service allows customers to subscribe to many useful Print Apps (like crossword puzzles or daily news) and to receive these Print Apps regularly with Scheduled Delivery .
Some customers have accidently subscribed to this service using the control panel on the printer. This document will help you manage, pause, or unsubscribe from your Print Apps.
How to manage scheduled prints and faxes
Review the following sections to learn more about managing Print Apps. Click a solution below for more details.
If you are getting prints from your printer that you do not want, use Solution one to pause or Solution two to unsubscribe from each Print App.
If you would like to disable or enable Web Services on your Web-enabled printer, choose Solution three .
If you are interested in creating an ePrintCenter account to manage, pause, or unsubscribe from your apps, choose Solution four .
If you are getting too many prints from your Web-enabled printer, choose Solution five below to manage your settings for each Print App. You can schedule your Print Apps to print less frequently or, in some cases, to print fewer or different sections.
If you accidently registered for a Scheduled Delivery Print App using your product's control panel, you can use these steps to pause the scheduled print jobs.
  1. On the product control panel, go to the Apps menu.
If you receive a 'Connecting... ' error when trying to open the App, please turn the printer off and then on again. If the issue persists, go to the next solution to unsubscribe from the Scheduled Delivery Print App.
  2. Review the list of available Print Apps, and then select the App you want to pause.
  3. Once the App is open, select Pause from the available options.
This will stop the subscription of print jobs after the next scheduled delivery, one more print.
If you accidently registered for a Scheduled Delivery Print App or would like to stop receiving print jobs from an App, use the following steps to unsubscribe.
  1. Sign In into your ePrintCenter account at HP ePrintCenter .
      • If you forgot your user name or password, follow the instructions on the Web page to resolve this issue.
      • If you do not have an account, you can create a free account to manage the great features of your new Web-enabled printer. Simply click Sign In , and then click Create an account at the right of the sign in page.
      • If you do not want to create an ePrint account , go to the next solution to disable and re-enable Web Services on your product. This will remove all Web Services settings, including your current Print Apps and ePrint email address, and require you to reregister with ePrintCenter.
  2. Under My Print Apps , find and select the App you would like to remove.
If you did not find the Print App in your current list of Apps, use the following steps to add the App back to the list in ePrintCenter so that you can then unsubscribe.
      1. Select Get More Apps located next to the My Print Apps heading.
      2. Check the box next to Show Scheduled Delivery Apps Only (there might be a short delay).
      3. Find and select the App you would like to remove.
      4. Select Add to Printer .
      5. When the App is added, click the Remove button.
NOTE:Your subscription is now stopped; however you might receive one more print.
  3. Click on the App, and then click Remove .
If you disable and re-enable Web services on your product, the procedure will reset all Web Services settings, including removing Apps that send unwanted print jobs. The following steps explain how to disable and then enable Web Services.
NOTE:Performing this step will eliminate your ePrint email address and remove all Scheduled Delivery Print Apps. When you reregister you will not be able to use the same ePrint email address and will be given a new one.
If you can answer yes to any of the following questions , you must use the steps in the solution to Unsubscribe from a Scheduled Delivery Print App on HP ePrintCenter .
