Introduction
This document contains instructions for clearing a paper jam. Regular paper, envelopes, or specialty paper may get stuck or jammed in the printer. Follow the instructions to find and remove jammed paper (or other paper) from the printer.
CAUTION: Never lift the front cover and pull jammed paper out from the printer. Pull it from the back of the printer or the paper In tray. Pulling paper from inside the front cover can cause mechanical damage to the printer.
Before beginning
Follow the instructions in this document in the order provided. Skipping steps may damage your printer.
