Can I Connect a Macintosh Computer to a Jornada or Palmtop

My desktop computer is an Apple/Macintosh computer. Can I connect and communicate between my Jornada or Palmtop and my computer?

Microsoft (R) Windows CE devices are designed for use with personal computers running Microsoft Windows. They are not currently compatible with Apple/Macintosh systems.
