Locating the Serial Number

Introduction

The serial number is a ten-digit alpha-numeric number that is unique to each All-in-One. This document describes how to identify the serial number.
There are two methods of viewing the serial number: from the universal product code (UPC) sticker, or the All-in-One self-test report.

Printing a self-test report

Products with a front panel display window

  1. Press Menu or Setup .
  2. Press the Right Arrow until Print Report displays and then press Enter .
  3. Press the Right Arrow until Self-Test Report displays and then press Enter .
    If your product does not have a Right Arrow, press Menu repeatedly until Self-Test Report displays and then press Enter , Select/Resume , or OK .

Products without a front panel display window

  1. Press and hold Cancel .
  2. Press Color Start .
  3. Release both buttons.

Locating the serial number on the UPC sticker

The UPC sticker is located either on the back, bottom, or near the cartridge access area of the printer.
