Description
This document can help resolve issues where the notebook takes longer then expected to shutdown on when Apple iTunes is installed.
Solution
Download and install the latest version of iTunes to resolve this issue. To update iTunes follow these steps:
- Start iTunes from the Start menu or desktop icon.
- In iTunes, click Help in the menu bar and select Check for Updates .
- Follow the prompts to complete the update.
