Recovery Disc Creation Appears to Stop Responding at 33 Percent

The Recovery Disc creation process appears to stop responding at 33%. This occurs regardless of what type of media is used (CD, DVD, DVD-DL).

At 33%, the drive is initialized in order to burn content to the disc. This initialization process may take up to five minutes, making it appear as if the process has stopped responding when it actually has not.

Allow five minutes for the initialization process at 33%. If you have already aborted the process, restart creation by launching the PC Recovery Disc Creator program.
