Introduction

This document covers one of the common problems that might occur when making a copy from the flatbed glass. If the copy-quality problem is occurring from the automatic document feeder (ADF), look for information in other support documents.

Colors are incorrect

This normally occurs because one of the print cartridges is low.

  3. If the colors are only slightly off, use Color Intensity setting that is available on some all-in-one products. Move the slider to enhance the colors.
  4. When printing on some photo papers, the black areas show a greenish cast when Photo Paper is the selected paper type. Try changing the paper type setting to HP Bright White or Plain .
