Issue

An Unable to perform the operation error displays on the computer when attempting to access printer services when the computer is running the Firefox web browser.

Solution

This error only occurs when a Firefox web browser window is open. Follow the steps below to resolve this issue.

Figure 1: Error message that displays on the computer

Close the Firefox browser.
Click the printer services button again.
