Printing Fax Confirmation Reports

You can set up the HP All-in-One to print confirmation reports automatically for each fax that is sent and received.

Follow these instructions to enable printed fax confirmation before sending any faxes. Select either On Fax Send or Send and Receive .

1. Press Setup .
2. Press the Down arrow ( ) to highlight Print Report , then press OK .
3. Press the Down arrow ( ) to highlight Fax Confirmation , then press OK .
4. Press the Down arrow ( ) to select one of the following options in the table below, then press OK .

   Option	Description
   On Fax Send	Prints a fax confirmation report for every fax you send.
   On Fax Receive	Prints a fax confirmation report for every fax you receive.
   Send and Receive	Prints a fax confirmation report for every fax you send and receive.
   Off	Does not print a fax confirmation report when you send and receive faxes successfully. This is the default setting.
