Description

The notebook PC may intermittently, automatically shut down and then restart with no display even after rebooting.

Resolution

To resolve this issue:

Boot or reboot the notebook PC and allow the PC to completely boot into Microsoft Windows.
Download and install an updated BIOS. Go to the See also section for additional information on locating, downloading, and installing updated BIOS.
