When you try to print from a computer running Windows, a 'Spool32. . .

Solution
Follow these steps to resolve the issue.

Step one: Close all programs, restart the computer, and try printing again
Close all software programs.
Restart the computer.
Open the document you want to print, and then try to print again.

Step two: Print from a different print driver
In the document that you are trying to print, click File
, and then click Print
.
Check the Name
drop-down list.
If the PCL 6 print driver is selected, click the PCL 5
or the HP postscript level 3 emulation
print driver.
Try printing again.

Step three: Delete temporary files
Sometimes, deleting temporary files resolves a ‘spool 32’ error.
Click the plus sign () next to your operating system for more information.
On the Windows taskbar, click the Windows icon (

folder displays.
Select all the files in this folder, and then click Delete
.

Right-click or tap and hold the bottom left corner of the screen, and then click or tap Run

Type %temp%
in the Run
box, and then press Enter
. The Temporary Files
folder displays.
Select all files in this folder, and then click or tap Delete
.
