Unable to Change Wallpaper Position in Windows 7

This information applies to notebook PCs configured with Windows 7.

Description

The desktop wallpaper can not be changed from Stretched to Fill, Fit, Tile, or Center.

Download and install the Wallpaper Picture Position Enabler

To resolve this problem, download and install the Wallpaper Picture Position Enabler (sp45575) update from the HP Driver and Download page for your model or directly from the following FTP link.
