1 - Display – Shows number of copies.
2 - - Up/Down Arrow buttons – Used to increase/decrease the number of copies to be made, and to adjust the light/dark and reduce/enlarge settings.
3 - - Reduce/Enlarge Indicator LED (Active when lit) - Use the arrow keys to adjust the reduce/enlarge setting for the next copy job.
4 - - Light/Dark Indicator LED (Active when lit) - Use the arrow keys to adjust the light/dark setting for the next copy job.
5 - - Number of Copies Indicator LED (Active when lit) - Use the arrow keys to adjust the number of copies for the next copy job.
6 - - Copy Settings Toggle button - Used to switch between the 3 copy settings available.
7 - - Copy button – Press to make a copy with current settings.
8 - - Cancel button – Used to cancel a print job, scan, or copy job.
9 - - Toner LED – Blinks when there is an issue with the toner (problem with cartridge, missing cartridge, etc).
10 - - Attention LED – Blinking when there is an issue.
11 - - Power LED – Solid when in a ready state, and blinking when busy.

1 - - Toner LED – Blinks when there is an issue with the toner (problem with cartridge, missing cartridge, etc.), and is usually accompanied by a message on the display.
2 - - Attention LED – Blinking when there is an issue (usually accompanied by a message on the display (paper jam, door open, etc.).
3 - - Power LED – Solid when in a ready state, and blinking when busy.
4 - 2-line Display – Used to display messages, menu navigation, printer status, time, etc.
5 - - Copy settings button – Press button to scroll through available copy settings (reduce/enlarge, # of copies, light/dark, etc.).
6 - - Setup button – Brings up the menu on the screen.
7 - - Left/Right Arrow buttons – Used to navigate through the menus and options.
8 - - OK button – Used to confirm a change in a menu.
9 - - Cancel button – Used to cancel a print, scan, or copy job, and to back out of menus to the home screen.
10 - - Copy button – Press to make a copy with current settings.
11 - - Back button – Used to back out of menus to the home screen.
12 - - Send Fax button – Press to initiate a fax.
13 - - Redial button – Used to retry a fax, or redial the last fax recipient.
14 - - Light/Dark Copy Setting shortcut – Used to go to the copy settings – light/dark screen.
15 - Number Pad – Used to enter phone numbers for faxing, or to enter the number of copies manually (when in the copy settings, # of copies screen).
