HP has released a critical update to resolve a network connectivity issue with the 64-bit Windows 7 HP driver for your printer.
Solution: Download and install a software update
Follow these steps to download and install this update.
- Click this link, Windows 7 Critical Update to enhance reliability of network connection .
- Click Download . A window opens with options to run or save the file.
- Click Run . Follow the on-screen instructions to install the update.
NOTE:This update is for existing printer installation only. This update cannot be used for initial device installation.
