An Error Occurs after Sharing Photos in HP Imaging Software

Issue

When attempting to upload photos through HP software applications such as HP Photosmart Essential or HP Image Zone Express, an error occurs.

Cause

You might be using HP Instant Share through these other HP software applications. The error occurs because HP Instant Share was discontinued as of June 1, 2011 .

Solution

If you have photos saved in HP Instant Share, access them until July 1, 2011 . Save your HP Instant Share photos to your computer or storage device prior to this date.
