With the Camera app, you can take photos or shoot video using the camera in your computer or with an external USB webcam.
When you open the app, the camera displays an image preview. Tap or click anywhere on the screen to take a picture. The following commands are available at the bottom of the screen:
Camera options: Set photo resolution and choose the audio source for both camera and video. Click More
for additional options such as brightness and contrast. These options vary, depending on the camera you are using.
Timer: Delay for three seconds before snapping a picture or starting the video recording.
Video Mode: Switch Camera from taking still photos to recording video. Tap or click the screen to start recording, and tap again to stop.
To view your pictures and videos, click the left arrow on the screen. Continue clicking to browse all of the images and videos that have been taken with the Camera app.

To edit your pictures, click the screen to see the Crop and Delete options. To delete both pictures and videos, click the Delete
button.
Use the following steps to crop a picture:
Click the Crop
button to display the four dots on the screen.
Drag the dots to select the area of the picture you want to remain after cropping.
Select OK to complete the crop.

Use the following steps to edit videos:
Tap the screen to play the video.
Tap the screen again to show the Play button in the center of the screen, the media slider bar, and the Trim and Delete buttons.
Click the Trim
button.
Drag the white dots on the slider bar to your new beginning and ending positions, and then click OK
to save the trimmed video.

Your pictures and videos are saved to the Webcam folder in your Pictures library:
larger more colorful\Pictures\Webcam.
Pictures are saved as a JPEG. Videos are saved as MP4.
