A Windows Serious error occurs after a blue screen crash followed by a stop error that refers to the file HPZid412.sys.

Solution

To resolve this issue you must download and install the latest driver for your HP printer. Go to the Driver and Downloads page and enter the HP printer model to locate the latest driver updates for your printer.
