This update resolves a critical performance issue caused by the HP Customer Participation Program software. You may be experiencing an overall slowing of your computer performance due to an error in this software. The update below provides a newer, corrected version of the HP Customer Participation Program software.

Solution

Click here to begin installing the update.
When the File Download window displays, click Run .
