How Do I Find My Model Number?

Use one of the following methods to locate the model number on the product.

Find the model number on the top of the camera as shown in Figure 1. If the camera model number is not on the top of the camera, use one of the other methods to identify your camera.

Find the model number on the front of the camera as shown in Figure 2 or Figure 3. The model number may be preceded by "hp Photosmart" (as shown circled in red in Figure 2) or the number may be alone below the lens (as shown in Figure 3). If the model number is not on the front of the camera, use one of the other methods to identify your camera.

The original HP Photosmart Digital Camera (shown in Figure 4) does not have a model number. "HP Photosmart Digital Camera" is used as the model number.
