Introduction
This document describes how to find the model number of your Deskjet All-in-One.
How do I find my model number?
Use one of the following methods to identify your HP Deskjet All-in-One.
Method one: Locate the number on the top of the All-in-One in the lower left corner
Find the model number on the top of the All-in-One in the lower left corner.

Method two: Automatically detect the model number
NOTE: The HP Product Detection tool is not available in all countries and is only compatible with Internet Explorer (IE) 6.0 and above.
If you cannot locate the model number on the body of the product, use HP's automatic product-detection tool to determine the model number.
Option one
  1. Click the Support & Drivers link on the top of this page.
  2. Under Or Automatically detect product names/numbers: , click Start Detection .
Option two
  2. Select your region, and then select your country.
  3. Under Or Automatically detect product names/numbers: , click Start Detection .
