Introduction
This document describes how to find the model number on HP Photosmart All-in-Ones.
How do I find my model number?
Use one of the following methods to identify the HP Photosmart All-in-One.
Method one: Locate the number on the control panel under the display
Find the model number on the control panel of the printer, under the display.

Method two: Locate the number on the top of the All-in-One in the upper, left corner
Find the model number on the top of the All-in-One in the upper, left corner.

Method three: Locate the number on the top of the All-in-One in the lower, right corner

Method four: Locate the number near the cartridges
Open the cartridge access door and locate the model number near the cartridges.

Method five: Automatically detect the model number
NOTE: The HP Product Detection tool is not available in all countries and is only compatible with Internet Explorer (IE) 6.0 and above.
If you cannot locate the model number on the body of the product, use HP's automatic product-detection tool to determine the model number.

  1. Click the Support & Drivers link on the top of this page.
  2. Under Or Automatically detect product names/numbers: , click Start Detection .

  1. Select your region, and then select your country.
  2. Under Or Automatically detect product names/numbers: , click Start Detection .
