Description:

This package updates the Help and Support Center for supported notebook models and operating systems. The Help and Support Center is an integrated help and assistance tool from Microsoft and HP that provides simple click access to built-in product information, preventative care and maintenance assistance, and web links to online support and technical assistance.

PURPOSE: Routine

Enhancements:

Fixes a security vulnerability that exploits a buffer overflow condition, which may have allowed a malicious website to read or write files on the PC.

Fixes issue where there was no ability for detecting product information in some new products.

Fixes a missing link in the Arabic version of the modem diagnostic.
