How to search

1. Enter specific product model or number in the top search box labeled “Product” (e.g. Pavilion dv7-1245dx).
2. Enter descriptive keywords or a question specific to your issue in the box labeled “Question or keywords” (e.g. “Paper jam” or “Why can’t I hear sound from my computer?”).
3. Search queries are not case sensitive (i.e., lower case vs. upper case).

Quick tips

1. Check that product names and numbers are entered correctly.
2. Check spelling of keywords and questions.
3. Try different or more generic keywords and/or rephrasing your question.
4. When available, refine your search further by selecting the "Search within results" feature.
