Search tips
How to search
- Enter specific product model or number in the top search box labeled “Product” (e.g. Pavilion dv7-1245dx).
- Enter descriptive keywords or a question specific to your issue in the box labeled “Question or keywords” (e.g. “Paper jam” or “Why can’t I hear sound from my computer?”).
- Search queries are not case sensitive (i.e., lower case vs. upper case).
Quick tips
- Check that product names and numbers are entered correctly.
- Check spelling of keywords and questions.
- Try different or more generic keywords and/or rephrasing your question.
- When available, refine your search further by selecting the "Search within results" feature.
