IMPORTANT: To determine if your computer contains this modem, follow these steps. -- Right click on "My Computer" located on the desktop. Select "Properties" on the menu. Select the "Hardware" Tab. Click the "Device Manager" Button. Click "Modems". If it shows "PC-TEL Platinum V.90 Modem or HSP56 Modem" then use this SoftPaq.
