Définition

Ce fichier de téléchargement contient la boîte à outils HP pour imprimante. Il permet d'obtenir des informations sur l'état et la maintenance du périphérique. Par l'intermédiaire de la boîte à outils, il fournit également l'accès à la documentation et aux outils d'aide en ligne à des fins de dépannage.

Le fichier de téléchargement NE contient PAS le pilote d'impression HP. Ce gestionnaire de périphérique figure déjà sur les ordinateurs Windows Vista.

1. Click on the Download Only button and a File Download box will appear.
2. Select Saveand a Save As box will appear.
3. Select a directory to save the file in and click Save.
4. After the file download has finished, locate the file using Windows Explorer.
5. Double-click on the file to start the software installation.
6. Follow the on-screen software installation instructions.

Important! Please ensure that the HP printer driver for your printer is installed before you download and install the HP Toolbox software. For more information on how to install the HP print driver, do the following:
  1. Click the Software and Driver downloads link on the left.
  2. Click the Microsoft Windows Vista or Microsoft Windows Vista (64-bit) link.
  3. Click the HP Printers – Installing the Printer Driver Located in Windows Vista link and follow the instruction to install the HP print driver.
