Fix/Enhancement

Upgrade Requirement:
Recommended - HP recommends users update to this version at their earliest convenience.

- Support for Integrated Lights-Out 3 (iLO3) is provided in this version.


Support for new iLO3 based ProLiant G7 server is added.


Prerequisites:
This utility requires the following minimum firmware revisions:

  • Integrated Lights-Out firmware version 1.41 or later
  • Integrated Lights-Out 2 firmware v1.00 or later
  • Integrated Lights-Out 3 firmware v1.00 or later

The management interface driver must be installed on the server.


To ensure the integrity of your download, HP recommends verifying your results with this MD5 Checksum value:

Installation:
Place Component to a directory in a temporary directory on your hard drive. Double-click it to run.

Click on the install button to install the utlility on the server. This does not require a reboot.

The utility will be installed in the program files under the directory Hp\Hponcfg\

A shortcut for the graphical interface of the utility will be provided in "Start Menu > Programs > HP System Tools > HP Lights-Out Online Configuration Utility".
