  • Processor speed may be reported incorrectly in Microsoft Windows XP. For more information about this limitation, see Microsoft Knowledge Base Article 316965, "The Processor Speed May Be Reported Incorrectly in Windows XP."
  • If the notebook is not running Microsoft Windows XP with Service Pack 2 (SP2), the processor performance state may not be restored to the maximum state if the CPU runs at 100 percent.
