Use these directions to guide you through the self-install process

Installation Instructions

  1. Click the 'Download now' button
  2. COL18431 will download, then unpack to "C:\Program Files\HP R837 SW" and begin the installation.
  3. If unpack does not start, locate the COL18341.exe and double click on it.
  4. Follow the on screen instructions to complete the installation.
  5. The COL18341.exe file, as well as the "C:\Program Files\HP R837 SW" directory and its contents can be removed after the installation succeeds.
