This software update installs the new Windows 2000 Pro compliant parallel drivers for the 3200c series HP scanners. This update must be run on the Windows 2000 Pro operating system. Upgrade your operating system (OS) to Windows 2000 Professional. The user must have administrative privileges before running the upgrade. The scanner application must be installed before running the update. The update will upgrade the parallel drivers to the Windows 2000 Professional versions of the drivers. Connect the scanner and reboot your computer.

Download Instructions:

Choose the file you want to download to your system. With your mouse, click on the file. The file will decompress into a default folder c:\sj329, or any folder of your choice. Go to c:\sj329 (or the folder you chose). Double-click on the file you downloaded. Click "Unzip" on the window that appears, then "OK" twice. The software upgrade will install automatically.
