Description:

This package contains the WinFlash utility and a BIOS image for the listed operating systems. The WinFlash utility is used to locally flash the System BIOS (ROM) on notebooks operating in a Microsoft Windows environment.

Enhancements:

Improves Video Firmware settings to enhance system performance.

Adds support for new HP QuickPlay 2.0.

Fixes issue where the notebook stops responding (hangs) while the "Windows is shutting down..." message is displayed after a user clicks Start and then clicks Shut Down.

Resolves issues with "Driver Lock" error message, which is occasionally displayed after resuming from Hibernation mode.
