Description
If you do not have an SD memory card but have the HP Image Zone software installed, you should instead download the Automatic HP Photosmart Firmware Update application for your HP PhotoSmart Camera (file col7429.exe) instead.

Installation Instructions
Before downloading this update, you should check the current firmware revision of your camera.To check the firmware revision, hold down the flash button while turning on the camera. If the firmware revision number is less than 2.00.24 (for example: 2.00.23, 2.00.19, or 2.00.14 or earlier), you should install this update.
Version 2.00.24 firmware includes the following fixes:

Contains a safety fix for battery-charging.
Improves TV display quality in slide show mode.
Fixes an issue with camera displaying "Bad data access address" error when transferring image to a PC/Mac.
Fixes an issue with some files being corrupted when using SD cards.
NOTE: The instructions in the readme.html file need to be followed precisely in order for your camera's firmware to be successfully updated. Once the firmware has been successfully updated, the COL6942.exe file as well as the C:\Program Files\COL6942 directory (and all subdirectories) can be safely removed.
