Description

This free software makes it simple to shop for Original HP ink, toner and paper. Once the software is installed, an icon will appear on your desktop.

Click on the icon to see a list of your installed printers. Select the printer you want to shop for, and then click "Shop online." You'll be connected to the HP SureSupply ordering site, where you'll see a list of the supplies that work with your printer. You'll find exactly what you need-without having to look up part numbers.

You can view purchase options, which may include the ability to check availability, compare prices and purchase from HP or from participating online retailers, printing a personal shopping list, finding a local store or obtaining a telephone number to place an order (purchase options vary by country).

Installation Instructions

Click the Download button above to download the software package and follow the instructions to install. The software is self-extracting and, once installed, can be used immediately - no system restart is required.

Use: The "Shop for HP Supplies" software can be accessed in two locations.

  • First, the software installs an icon on the user's desktop; the user can double-click on this icon to launch the utility.
     
  • Second, the utility can be launched from the Programs menu via the following steps:
    1. Select Start
    2. Select Programs
    3. Select HP
    4. Select "Shop for HP Supplies"
    5. Select "Shop for HP Supplies"

    Uninstall: To remove "Shop for HP Supplies"

    1. Select Start
    2. Select Programs
    3. Select HP
    4. Select "Shop for HP Supplies"
    5. Select Uninstall "Shop for HP Supplies"

    Any system running Windows XP/Vista/Windows 7 is capable of supporting the HP SureSupply Software Utility; however, minimum systems requirements are as follows:
