Fix/Enhancement

Provides the following fixes from the Microsoft Knowledge Base: - KB2397190 - The brightness setting for the display in the "Plugged in" profile is changed after you restart a Windows 7-based portable computer that is running on battery power. - KB2519949 - You cannot install Windows XP Mode on a Windows 7-based computer that has an AMD Bulldozer-based multicore processor installed. - KB2615592 - You cannot connect to a WWAN after you resume a Windows 7-based computer from sleep. - KB2621491 - USB hub stops working in Windows 7 if you click the mouse while the computer is entering sleep.
