Fixes issue where a USB device is being recognized slowly when the notebook is resuming from Standby or Hibernation mode.

Fixes issue that occurs after a WLAN device driver is un-installed and re-installed, where the WLAN device status on HP Wireless Assistant is not synchonized with the WLAN device status of the Microsoft Wireless Network application in Mobility Center.
