This package contains the WinFlash utility and a System BIOS image for the supported notebook models and operating systems. The WinFlash utility is used to locally flash the System BIOS (ROM) on notebooks operating in a Microsoft Windows Vista Operating System environment.

Fix/Enhancement:

Adds an audible beep when the keys at the top of the keyboard (DVD, Q, Volume control, and so forth) are pressed, or when sweeping over the Volume control.

Fixes issue where notebooks with 4-GB of memory that are running a Microsoft Windows Vista 64-bit Operating System cannot access Memory Stick (MS) or xD-Picture Card (XD) media.

Fixes issue where the notebook would incorrectly enter the Boot menu after exiting from F1 System Information.
