| Description: | | HP Scan Diagnostic Utility is created to diagnose and fix scan related issues with HP All-in-One devices. Some symptoms the utility will attempt to fix are: 1) Scanner communication error displayed on your monitor. 2) No scan options error displayed on the HP device control panel or scanning from the device results in device not to respond. Follow the on-screen instructions to run the utility. In case the utility does not fix the issue, please perform one or all of the following: • Make sure that the correct device is selected in the HP Solution Center or HP Director. • Turn off the printer, and then turn it on again. If the issue continues, reboot the PC. • Uninstall and reinstall the HP Software. Please refer to the HP Support website for more detailed troubleshooting if none of the above resolves the issue. |
