Description

This patch will resolve "Unexpected Internal Errors" and some "Communications Failure" errors that may occur when there are mutiple versions of HP Image Zone and/or Photo and Imaging software on your system.

Fix/Enhancement

The patch should resolve most cases of Unexpected Internal Error and/or Communications failures installed over newer scanner software.

Installation Instructions

The patch will download and expand into a folder called c:\col10862 and automatically execute. Execution should take place within a few seconds. Once the patch has executed, it will display a message box requesting you retry the scan.
Once the patch has been executed, you may delete the C:\COL10862 with the COL10862.exe file.
