Use these directions to guide you through the self-install process

Installation Instructions

WARNING: DO NOT TURN OFF POWER OR ATTEMPT TO REBOOT THE COMPUTER DURING THE UPGRADE PROCESS!!! Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive. The file downloaded is a self-extracting executable with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above. Execute the SoftPaq. This will extract files to the specified directory.CPQFlash will auto launch upon extraction. Refer to the CPQFlash utility documentation (CPQFlash.txt) for further instructions on using the CPQFlash utility.
